On September 26, 2024, the second regional meeting was held, attended by 100 teachers and school principals from Reșița, Bocșa, Anina, Berzovia, Moldova Nouă, Caransebeș, Oțelu-Roșu, and Herculane.
During the meeting, the following project outcomes were presented:
- The final version of the E-Module designed for company internship mentors;
- The training curriculum for mentors;
- The activities conducted within the project so far.
The Technical College of Reșița is implementing, during the 2022-2025 period, the Erasmus Plus project, Key Action KA2, titled Joint Mentorship: Better Cooperation for Better VET“.
The project’s main objective is to enhance communication and collaboration among stakeholders in vocational education and training (VET) to improve the quality of work-based learning (WBL). This goal is achieved by developing concrete and structured cooperation mechanisms among relevant actors, particularly at the local and regional levels, through the signing of memorandums of understanding and the establishment of strong partnerships for delivering quality VET education, actively involving all participants.
