To provide information about the implementation of the Erasmus+ Master 4.0 project (hereinafter: project) via project newsletters.
To improve the functioning of all website features and enable a better user experience.

We process your personal data on the basis of legitimate interest in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation, for the purpose of taking administrative actions related to your application to participate in events organized within the framework of project activities.

5.3. Right to erasure

5.3.1. Exceptions related to the exercise of the right are provided for in Article 17(3) of the GDPR.

These rights do not apply to the extent that processing is necessary:

for exercising the right of freedom of expression and information;
for compliance with a legal obligation which requires processing by Union or Member State law to which the controller is subject or for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the controller;
for archiving purposes in the public interest, scientific or historical research purposes, or statistical purposes in accordance with Article 89(1) GDPR insofar as the right referred to in paragraph 1 is likely to render impossible or seriously impair the achievement of the objectives of that processing; or
