2. PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

2.1. We process your personal data on the basis of consent in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter: General Data Protection Regulation), for the following purposes:

  • To provide information about the implementation of the Erasmus+ Master 4.0 project (hereinafter: project) via project newsletters.
  • To improve the functioning of all website features and enable a better user experience.

2.2. We process your personal data on the basis of legitimate interest in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation, for the purpose of taking administrative actions related to your application to participate in events organized within the framework of project activities.

  • On the website www.e-majstor.eu, so-called cookies are used – text files that the Internet server (server) places on the user’s computer, through which the service provider accesses the Internet (ISP) displays the web page.

5.1. Right of access to personal data

You have the right to access your personal data that we process about you, and you can request detailed information especially about the purpose of processing, the type/categories of personal data processed including access to your personal data, the recipients or categories of recipients, and the envisaged period for which the personal data will be stored. Access to personal data may be limited only in cases provided for by Union law or our national legislation, or when such limitation respects the essence of the fundamental rights and freedoms of others.

5.3. Right to erasure

  • You have objected to processing pursuant to Article 21(1) GDPR, and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for the processing;
  • Your personal data has been unlawfully processed;
  • Your personal data must be erased for compliance with a legal obligation in Union or Member State law to which the controller is subject;
  • Your personal data has been collected in relation to the offer of information society services referred to in Article 8(1) GDPR.

    5.3.1. Exceptions related to the exercise of the right are provided for in Article 17(3) of the GDPR.

These rights do not apply to the extent that processing is necessary:

  • for exercising the right of freedom of expression and information;
  • for compliance with a legal obligation which requires processing by Union or Member State law to which the controller is subject or for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the controller;
  • for archiving purposes in the public interest, scientific or historical research purposes, or statistical purposes in accordance with Article 89(1) GDPR insofar as the right referred to in paragraph 1 is likely to render impossible or seriously impair the achievement of the objectives of that processing; or
  • for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

5.4. Right to restriction of processing of personal data

Ako Vaše podatke obrađujemo u svrhe izvršavanja zadaća od javnog interesa ili pri izvršavanju svojih službenih ovlasti ili se prilikom obrade istih pozivamo na naše legitimne interese, možete podnijeti prigovor protiv takve obrade.

6. SHARING PERSONAL DATA

We have signed contracts with these data processors that specify in detail the handling of personal data, therefore they are not able to process your personal data without our instructions and to forward them to third parties.

All data processors working for the data controller are obliged to keep personal data confidential by signing a confidentiality agreement.
