The Chamber of Crafts Skopje held its second thematic meeting on 18.07.2023 with employers to discuss problems in the realisation of practical training.
Employers attended the meeting discuss the challenges they face with students in practice. The biggest challenge is the evaluation/assessment of students. Some employers pointed out that their assessment does not correspond to the teacher’s assessment of practical training.
Employers complained that some students did not come to practice and therefore gave them a lower grade, but the final assessment of parktraining puts the teacher on practical training of the student and is always higher than that of the employer.
Participants asked for a seminar to evaluate students in the implementation of the pact so that they could comply with teachers by practice.
