On 22 May 2024 partners from Serbia discussed the dual education and how it is done in their school, the communication with the company, as well as the problems the teachers face during their work.
Also, teacher enaged in writing the Good Practice Examples in Serbia in the Systematic Guidelines.
The problems they presented are not enough accredited working places in the company because of the safety measures, and the students are allowed to work only on these working places. The teachers also mention that not all the lessons from the curricula can be done in the company. One part of the meeting was discussion about the communication between all the stakeholders in VET. The conclusion is that through good communication all the problems can be solved.
