On December 3, the Chamber of Craft Skopje, within the their activities, has been visited from high school students from Junior Achievement Macedonia Alumni and teachers.
At the event, the executive director Aneta Atanasovska has presented the video produced within the project ERASMUS+ Joint Mentorship: Better cooperation for Better VET and explain the important role of the mentor in the process of vocational education.
The attendees were informed about the developed e- platform. The e-platform is going to serve as an elogbook for students, their teachers, and mentors, which will enable them to track students more efficiently. The e-platform is going to have a communication tool for VET stakeholders which will enable closer cooperation and thus improve quality in WBL.
A discussion developed about the need for quality mentors who are necessary for students in the education process, that the interest of students grows from the motivation of the mentor to transfer his knowledge to the younger generations and to provide future skilled employees.
