E-platfrom piloting in Serbia

As part of the Erasmus+ project Joint mentorship, an innovative platform has been developed with the aim of improving communication among stakeholders in dual education, supporting both teachers and employers in providing high-quality training and learning. This platform offers a unique opportunity to better connect the education sector with industry and enables more efficient monitoring of student internships, as well as enhanced cooperation between schools and companies. Since March 2025, the platform has been in the testing phase. With its user-friendly interface and numerous functionalities, the platform allows teachers, students, and employers to communicate and collaborate in one place.

For teachers, the platform is a powerful tool for improving the educational process. With a single click, teachers can access various resources, share materials with colleagues and students, and monitor student progress throughout the learning process. Additionally, the platform supports professional development, as teachers can connect with international partners and participate in various training programs and workshops.

Employers in dual education can gain a powerful tool to track students’ work and progress in real working environments. The platform facilitates mentoring, provides quick access to information about students, and helps in organizing and documenting training sessions. Employers also have the opportunity to provide feedback to schools, contributing to the improvement of educational programs.

At meetings held on April 14 and 23, the platform and its functionalities were presented to employers and other schools. Employers were informed about how the platform enables effective tracking of students’ progress in real work settings, easy mentoring, access to data and training reports. Schools were introduced to the ways in which the platform facilitates cooperation with employers, allowing better preparation of students for the labor market and monitoring their progress within both school-based and practical activities. Employers and teachers were able to see how the platform operates in real conditions: how to assign tasks to students, monitor their progress, and communicate with schools and students.
