On May 21, 2025, the 5th partner meeting of the Erasmus+ project Joint Mentorship: Better Cooperation for Better VET was held in Zagreb, organized by the Croatian Chamber of Trades and Crafts.
The final conference of the Erasmus+ project Joint Mentorship: Better Cooperation for Better VET gathered national and international stakeholders in vocational education and training on May 20, 2025, in Zagreb. The event showcased key project results—such as tools for improving collaboration and mentor training modules—and emphasized the importance of strengthening partnerships between schools, craftspeople, and institutions to ensure a more effective and future-ready VET system.
Held on May 12 and 13, the seminar was a meeting point for professionals who work on the front lines—advisors who maintain daily contact with schools, apprentices, and crafts in their counties.
This important step is part of the project activities of the Erasmus+ project “Joint Mentoring”, implemented by the Croatian Chamber of Trades and Crafts. The Memorandum was signed by the Međimurje County, the Međimurje County Chamber of Trades and Crafts as the activity organiser, and the directors of vocational schools in the county.
This event aimed to foster better communication and collaboration among stakeholders.
As part of the opening of the 4th Festival of Vocational Occupations in Pazin, an event that brings together students, parents, teachers and experts with the aim of promoting vocational education and its opportunities, the first Memorandum of Understanding on establishing cooperation to increase the quality of vocational education and training in the Republic of Croatia was signed
On February 20, 2025, the UNIRI team of the project „Joint Mentorship: Better Cooperation for Better VET“ presented the main project objectives and activities during the E-Learning Days at the University of Rijeka.
