The Skopje Chamber of Crafts held the third thematic meeting under the Joint Mentorship project. The meeting took place on 27.09.2023 and 05.10.2023 in the chamber premises.
In the meetings were discussed the challenges of realizing the practical training of students at the employer. The teachers from vocational schools that conducting practical training with students attended the meeting.
The Programme for practical training implemented by the employer and the problems they face in the realization itself was discussed. Challenges have been pointed out by teachers that employers that the programme given to them for realization is difficult to implement. Therefore the need to conduct a seminar on the realisation of the practical training programme came out.
