Within the project Joint Mentorship ERASMUS+ programme, the partner Chamber of Crafts Skopje together with the Vocational education and training advisors from the Vocational Education and Training Center from North Macedonia prepared e-modules for mentors:
– 1st -module Basics of teaching students in the work environment;
– 2nd -module Practical training program;
– 3rd – module Teaching and mentoring of pupils with disabilities, Inclusion of pupils with special educational needs.
The e-modules also contain lessons and self-evaluation tests for employers who will have the opportunity to access the content of the e-modules, and will help them in mastering the material for the successful implementation of the practical training of students in secondary vocational education.
